Account & Settings
- Sign in to your account.
- From online banking, select your name from the top right navigation bar and click Notification Settings.
- From the mobile app,* select More from the bottom navigation bar and click Settings from the top of the screen. Then, select Notification Settings.
- Select the account you’d like to personalize.
- Choose from the list of notifications you’d like to receive.
- Select the corresponding icons to choose whether you'd like to receive push, text or email notifications.
- Once you select your preferred method for all the notifications you'd like to receive, press Save.
- Go to sign in to your account.
- Select Sign in Help and click Recover Username & Password.
- Enter your personal information.
- Click Continue and select how you’d like to receive your security code (text, push notification or email).
- Select Send.
- Enter the code from the method you chose and select Submit.
- Follow the requirements to enter a new password and click Submit Password.
- To find your username, sign in to the mobile app* and select More from the bottom navigation bar. Select Settings and then click Sign in & Device Settings.
- Sign in to your account.
- If you’re using online banking, select your name from the top of the page and click Profile.
- If you’re signing in from the mobile app,* select More from the bottom navigation bar and then Profile.
- Click on the section you’d like to update.
- Enter the new information and select Save.
Make a Mobile Deposit*
- Sign in to your account.
- Select Deposits from the navigation bar.
- Tap Make Deposit and select Allow on the pop up to give access to your camera.
- Choose the account you want the money to go to.
- Click Continue.
- Enter the amount you’re depositing.
- Review the checklist and ensure the check is signed by all payees and For Mobile Deposit Only at NFCU is written on the back.
- Tap Take Photo and follow the instructions for capturing the images of the front and back of the check.
- Confirm everything is correct and select Make Deposit.
How to Manage Your Cards
- Sign in to your account.
- Select Cards from the navigation bar.
- Click Freeze Cards to freeze or unfreeze a card.
- Move the toggle next to the card you want to freeze or unfreeze.
- To activate a card, select the card and click Activate New Card. Enter the 3-digit code on the back of your card and select Activate.
- To change your PIN, select Change PIN, choose your new 4-digit PIN and click Submit.
Payments
- Sign in to your account.
- Select Move Money from the navigation bar.
- Click Start Transfer.
- Choose the account you want the money to go to, and then select the account you want to move the money from.
- Enter transaction details like how much money you want to move, how often you’d like it to occur and the date.
- Select Continue.
- Review the information and select Submit.
- Sign in to your account.
- Select Move Money from the navigation bar.
- Click Bill Pay.
- Select Pay for the biller you’re paying.
- Complete payment details and select Pay.
- Review payment details. Click Pay.
Get Started With Zelle® Audio-Described Video
If you’re new to Zelle®, select Get Started, review the terms and conditions and hit Accept. Choose either your email or mobile number to receive a verification code. Enter the code and select Verify. Once you’ve done that, select Send Money.
- Sign in to your account.
- Select Move Money from the navigation bar.
- Click Zelle®.
- Select Send Money and click New Contact.
- Enter either their email address, mobile number or account number.
- Select Save.
- Review the information and click Continue.
- Enter the amount of money you'd like to send.
- Select From My and choose the account you’d like to send money from.
- Click Review.
- Select Send.
